The SLT (Senior Leadership Team) at Ashford Oaks is comprised of a cross section of members of staff, drawing expertise and experience from different areas with the aim of fulfilling the responsibility of leading and managing the school.

Naturally the core focus tends to be teaching and learning, but strong emphases are also placed on pastoral care, personnel and finance, staff development, and strategic planning.  Though not an active duty of the SLT, the ethos and culture of Ashford Oaks appear to radiate from here and permeates throughout the school, shaping the school into what it is today.
