Following the Government announcement of a national lockdown which came into force on 6 January, our school is now closed and open to vulnerable children and the children of critical workers only. All other children will learn remotely until February half term.
Due to the fluidity of the pandemic, we will keep parents and carers up to date with the latest government advice and guidelines. These will be communicated via our usual channels i.e. our website, Facebook, text messages, and emails.

COVID NOW

The children settled well and were soon back to learning in no time! The adults have shared some of their curriculum highlights from the last 2 terms - please have a look on the year group pages.
Curriculum round-up Term 1 & Term 2
What a year 2020 has been! Can you believe we are already at the end of Term 2 as well? As we all get ready to prepare for Christmas and New Year, we thought we’d give you a round-up of all the amazing learning that has been going on at Ashford Oaks.
We started the year in September with every year group looking at a book called ‘Here We Are’ by Oliver Jeffers. We wanted to create a sense of community across the school, reflect on the months we had during a national lockdown and also help the whole school to look forward to the future in a positive way.
